Return, Refund & Warranty Policy – Dropcut & Juicy


At Dropcut & Juicy, we are committed to delivering premium grooming products while maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty services are provided.
By placing an order on our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below.

1. General Terms

Users are required to carefully read and understand this policy before making a purchase. By initiating a transaction, you agree to accept these terms without modification.
Dropcut & Juicy reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Unused & Unopened Products

Refunds are provided only for unused and unopened products, subject to the following conditions:
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition.
• All original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact.
• The original invoice or order confirmation is available.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

2.2 Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened personal-care and grooming products are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
However, opened products may qualify for exchange (replacement) only, if:
• There is a manufacturing or functional defect.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery if claiming that a damaged product was received.
• A mandatory unboxing video is submitted clearly showing the defect if claiming that a damaged product was received.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Used or opened products (except for exchange in case of defect).
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Items reported after the 48-hour window.
• Free gifts or promotional items.

4. Warranty Policy
All Dropcut & Juicy products come with a 1 Year Warranty (6 + 6 Months Extended) from the date of delivery.


4.1 Warranty Coverage
• Manufacturing defects.
• Functional defects under normal usage.


4.2 Warranty Exclusions
• Physical or liquid damage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to accidents or improper handling.
• Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
• Improper storage or use.

5. Replacement / Exchange Policy

Products found eligible under warranty or defect verification may qualify for replacement or exchange only.
Replacement may be fulfilled with:
• A new product, or a refurbished product, at the sole discretion of Dropcut & Juicy.
• Replacement can be claimed only once during the warranty period.
In case the original product is unavailable, a comparable alternative may be offered. Any price difference shall not be refunded.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for unopened and unused products returned within the defined timeline.
Refunds will:
• Be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
• Shipping, COD, and convenience charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective at the time of delivery and remains unopened.

7. Return & Service Process
To initiate a request, customers must email hello@dropcutandjuicy.com with:
• Order ID.
• Registered contact details.
• Issue description.
• Unboxing video (mandatory for opened products).
Our support team will respond within 24 business hours.
If approved:
• Return instructions and address will be shared via email.
Customer must ship the product with:
• Name
• Order ID
• Contact number
Once received:
• Quality checks will take up to 48 business hours.
• Final resolution will be communicated.
• The entire process may take up to 7 business days.

8. Right to Reject Claims

Dropcut & Juicy reserves the right to reject any request if:
• The claim does not meet policy conditions.
• Mandatory proof is not provided.
• The product fails internal quality checks.
• The defect is due to customer mishandling.
All decisions taken by the service team shall be final and binding.

9. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
• Refund for cancelled orders (pre-dispatch) will be processed within 7 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability
Dropcut & Juicy shall not be liable for:

• Personal reactions or allergies.
• Improper use of grooming products.
• Indirect or incidental damages.
• Courier delays or force majeure events.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
