Terms of Warranty – Dropcut & Juicy
This warranty is issued by Dropcut & Juicy and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product (“Customer”).
The Customer must retain and present the original proof of purchase / invoice to claim any warranty service.

2. Warranty Period
All Dropcut & Juicy products are covered under a:
• 6 + 6 (Extended) months manufacturer warranty.
• The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase as mentioned on the invoice.

3. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing and functional defects arising under normal usage.
During the warranty period, Dropcut & Juicy will, at its sole discretion:
• Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent functionality.
• All replaced or defective products or components shall become the property of Dropcut & Juicy.

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Physical damage, dents, scratches, or breakage.
• Liquid damage (water, sweat, oil, beverages, etc.).
• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
• Improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
• Use of unauthorized accessories or spare parts.
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, or power fluctuations.

5. Warranty Replacement Process
The warranty process works as follows:
• We will contact the customer and understand the issue.
• Customer will be requested to ship the product to our authorized service center.
• Once received, the product will be inspected and tested.
• If eligible, the product will be replaced.
• The replacement product will be shipped back to the customer.
• The entire process may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on availability and logistics.

6. Replacement Terms
Replacement may be fulfilled with:
• A new product, or A refurbished product of equivalent functionality.
• In case the original product is unavailable, a comparable alternative may be offered.
• Any price difference shall not be refunded.
• Replacement can be claimed only once during the warranty period.

7. Continuation of Warranty
For any product replaced under warranty:
• The replacement product will continue under the remaining original warranty period only.
• No new or extended warranty period will be provided.

8. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty shall become void if:
• The product detail is removed or altered.
• The product shows signs of tampering or unauthorized opening.
• The defect is caused by customer misuse.
• The product is used for purposes other than intended.

9. Limitation of Liability
Dropcut & Juicy shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential loss.
• Personal injury or allergic reactions.
• Loss of accessories or consumables.
• Any commercial loss due to product failure.
Dropcut & Juicy’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to:
• Replacement of the defective product only
• The maximum claim shall not exceed the purchase value or MRP (whichever is lower).

10. Important Notice
Any warranty claim must be raised:
• Within a reasonable time of defect occurrence and strictly before the expiry of the warranty period.
• Claims raised after the warranty period shall not be entertained.
• In case of product unavailability, commercial depreciation rules may apply.

11. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:
• Safely packaging and shipping the product.
• Ensuring the product reaches the service center.
Any damage during transit.
• Initial shipping charges to the service center shall be borne by the customer.
